Raised on a small country farm in Australia, Spike decided at the age of 8 years old that he would either be a doctor or go into the military. At the age of 15 he began an apprenticeship in the military and had the opportunity to become a Special Forces operative with training in industrial engineering and total quality management.  Listen in as Spike shares with Kim the way to unlock profits inside a business, how safety is a key ingredient to a successful team, and the benefits of strong communication.

Having a sense of the life that she was living wasn’t enough, Petia moved to the US from Czech Republic when she was 21 years old, finished college, and joined the corporate world.  After five years of corporate life she felt as though her life was a mess, battled eating disorders, low self-esteem, and hated life and herself. She needed a change and decided to hire a life and business coach. Petia discovered her path in life; she is now a Confidence Coach from Be Strong Minded and is impacting lives whether in her private sessions, in her Be Strong Minded podcasts, or on her social media outlets.
