“When we force a requirement around a referral, it’s just not going to work, because what we have to understand, the human dynamic and the psychology why a referral actually happens? It’s not about us.”
Stacey Brown Randall would claim that she had her masters in Communication and Ph.D. in business failure, but this is where it all started. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs she knew she wanted her own business but just didn’t know where to start. She moved on to be a productivity coach and focused her energies on helping new businesses and solopreneurs. Now she has created a new business by teaching people how to generate referrals for their businesses without even asking.
Stacey will be talking about how she started; her journey and the truth about what referrals can do for your business. She will also be discussing with Kim why you need to take care of the people who refer you and the famous 5 steps of Staecy Brown Randall’s program.
