“Once I started working on transcending the mind all together rather than fixing the mind or even try to still the mind, that was the moment that I could start to put these experiences to words… that’s when I started sharing”
Matthew Ferry is a spiritual teacher, an executive life coach from Elevate the Vibe and the author of “Quiet Mind, Epic Life”. He started off in sales and was working on helping entrepreneurs to thrive in their own endeavors, but in this process, he then realized that the best thing to do for his clients was to help them achieve a quiet mind state.
Matthew had his spiritual awakening at the very early age of 9 when he was able to first quiet his mind, after which he then went on looking for God in all the wrong places just trying to achieve that state once more. That eventually led him to where he is in his practice.
Take time and absorb as Matthew and Kim discuss several crucial topics in elevating your vibe. Here they talk about how important it is to learn to transcend the mind vs. fixing it; how the mind is but a survival mechanism; what is rapid enlightenment process; surviving vs. thriving; how to best support our children, etc. Join Kim and Matthew as they take you through the first step towards quieting your mind and making your life epic.

“If you’re too scared to share your idea, then you’re never going to get ahead; and if you do have a good idea, you just have to accept that it will be stolen”
Plann is an award-winning Instagram planning, scheduling, analytics application, and Christy Laurence just happens to be the founder. It all started with the idea of creating a tool that can help people to best utilize the marketing strengths of Instagram. With the help of a common flu that escalated to destroying Christy’s Vestibular function, she was able to find time to slowly sketch out the app. Through sheer determination and passion, Christy gave up her corporate salary in exchange for tech and knowledge to launch her idea to the world.
Christy details her experiences from the creation of the app, how much it costs for her to have the tech created and how she started to monetize her creation. She also talks about how Instagram is really a marketing tool, how Plann can help you in your business and how important it is to ask for help.
